Blue Fish

Material and process:

This range was produced in Staffordshire bone china and is decorated using a combination of ceramic transfers and hand painting.

Numbers produced:

First produced and marketed in England around 1992. They were made under the name "Baffle". A full range of products were made including. Dinner plate (as pictured). side plates, mugs, cups and saucers, tea pots and platters. Produced in numbers of high tens to high hundreds, depending on product.

A range with a green background featuring the same fish but with orange and black stripes was also produced in similar numbers.


These were sold at our Camden Lock Market outlet which we ran for around 4 years, every Saturday and Sunday between 1991 to 1994
